“Pull through” swab

I prefer these pull-through swabs by Hodge, they are very absorbent, dry quickly, and even fit through the neck and mouthpiece!

*I linked the “tenor sax” swab because it works well for alto! In fact, it works better than the alto version because the alto weight feels too light.
“Pad saver”

There are also these “pad savers” that do not necessarily save your pads. They work OK as long as you *do not play too much* because they are designed to be left in the sax and will stay wet inside the instrument. In my experience, the top falls off eventually the whole things gets stuck inside. No link for this one!
